INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN-UP DAY
In collaboration with 'Afroz Shah Foundation' and 'Gandhi Shikshan Bhavan's Smt Surajba College of Education.' we celebrated ‘International Coastal Clean-Up Day’ on Sep 17, 2022, by cleaning Versova Beach. The main aims were to create awareness among people to keep the beaches clean, safeguard the environment and inculcate the habit of respecting coastlines which in turn nurtures marine biodiversity. Our students have participated actively in this activity.
HINDI DIWAS
‘Hindi Diwas’ has been celebrated in our college with lots of joy. To showcase the importance of the day and the importance of Hindi language, our students organized a few activities like Hindi Words Quiz, games, poetry recitations, and prepared e-posters etc. and also shared the significance of ‘Hindi Diwas Celebration’,
Celebration of ‘ONAM FESTIVAL’
'Onam' is the most important and popular festival of Kerala. It is also a harvest festival.
Our students celebrated 'ONAM' in Theme Based Assembly (TBL) with great joy. They shared the significance of this festival and participated in various activities like making e-posters, PPT presentations etc. which added beauty to the entire assembly.
Session on ‘ FINANCIAL LITERACY’
Being financially literate enlightens the people to earn, spend, save and invest, borrow, and protect the money in the proper way. We have organized a session on ‘FINANCIAL LITERACY’ to empower students how to invest money.
RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY
Unbiased behavior of teachers promotes a friendly, satisfactory and encouraging learning environment for students. To make our student-teachers aware about Diverse Classrooms, we have organized a session on ‘ RESPECT FOR DIVERSITY’ by a counselor Ms. Meenakshi Thakker. Our students enjoyed the diverse activities.
TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION
On the occasion of TEACHERS’ DAY, our students take up the job of being a teacher. They conducted lectures of their respective Pedagogies and paid honored, respect to their professors.
In the coming days as a part of TEACHERS DAY WEEK various activities will be for the students such as Quiz, Debate, Guest Lecture, Financial Literacy etc.

ECO FRIENDLY CELEBRATION OF GANESH FESTIVAL.
With great enthusiasm, our students celebrated ‘Ganesh Chaturthi’ in 'Theme Based Assembly' (TBL) under the title ECO FRIENDLY CELEBRATION . They shared the significance of this festival for a sustainable environment through various activities like dancing, singing, board decoration etc. which added splendor to the entire assembly. The spirit of celebration and enthusiasm awakened devotion, creativity, understanding, and learning amongst our students.😍
